Job Description

Bullet Logistics India Private Limited is looking for SALES EXECUTIVE/MANAGER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities

Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and market share

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects

Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with clients/customers by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and addressing inquiries promptly

Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure deals

Close sales and ensure timely follow-up on proposals

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements or new offerings

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions

Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and trends

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to align strategies, share market insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, providing excellent post-sales support and ensuring customer retention

Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills
