• Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure the CRM system is aligned with business goals and objectivesEnsuring the accuracy and completeness of customer data in the CRM systemProviding training and support to staff members on the use of the CRM system
• Conducting customer surveys and gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction and experience
• Monitoring and analyzing customer interactions across various channels, such as email, social media, and chatbots
