Sr. Project Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget considerations.

Define project tasks and resource requirements.

Create and maintain project documentation.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Project Execution: Lead project teams in executing project plans.

Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.

Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources to meet project objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource utilization.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet project standards.

Conduct regular inspections and reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Communication: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.

Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures.

Identify and implement cost-saving measures when possible.

Team Leadership: Motivate and lead project team members. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

1 Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role.

2 Strong technical and analytical skills.

3. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

5 Leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

6. Familiarity with relevant engineering software and tools.

7. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.

8. Should have knowledge about Machine building & Machine assembly.
