Solution Architect Specialist

Serve as the platform and engineering architect, providing design approval authority for infrastructure, security, CI/CD, self-service, support, onboarding, and AWS cloud migration.
- Enhance developer experience across various application stacks at the platform level.
- Design and implement ZeroOps processes, integrating platforms with ServiceNow for seamless operations.
- Develop and deploy blue/green/canary deployment strategies to facilitate efficient releases.
- Collaborate with partners to implement robust metrics systems for monitoring and improving system performance.
- Drive continuous cost optimisation initiatives and implement FinOps processes to ensure efficient resource utilisation.
- Facilitate smoother onboarding of applications by closely collaborating with the development community.
- Address scalability and security concerns in production environments.
- Engage with tools vendors to enhance performance and maximise tool features utilisation.
- Interact with Enterprise Architects to influence design patterns and standardise development methodologies.
- Contribute to inner source projects and standardise internal development practices.
- Provide training sessions to teams on various technologies to promote self-reliance and skill development.
