As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating BrowserStacks brand presence and driving engagement within the global developer and QA community. Youll be responsible for crafting and executing innovative social media strategies, compelling brand campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives that resonate with our technical audience.
What will you do
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the developer community
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy and campaign direction
Create and oversee innovative brand campaigns that resonate with developers and QA professionals, driving awareness and engagement
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including brand awareness, share of voice, and reach, providing regular reports to stakeholders
Conduct thorough market research and gather data points to validate marketing initiatives and demonstrate ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all marketing channels
Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities to drive brand growth and differentiation in the developer tools space
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical marketing to inform strategic decisions
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality content creation and campaign execution
Optimize marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Desired Experience
1-3 years of overall experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and social media campaigns
Ability to work independently in planning, managing, and executing different content formats and marketing campaigns with strict timelines
Confidence to work closely with various teams to craft programs that are results-driven and align with brand objectives
A creative and analytical mindset to seek innovative, best-in-class ways to drive brand awareness and engagement within the specified budget
Proficient in defining and tracking social media metrics, brand awareness KPIs, and campaign success metrics
Experience in content creation and management across multiple social media platforms
Knowledge of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling software
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across time zones
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for technical audiences
A basic understanding of the software development and testing landscape is a plus
