We are hiring passionate developers to mentor and guide aspiring software engineers. If you have expertise in MERN Stack, Java Spring Boot, or Mobile App Development (React Native/Flutter/Kotlin/Swift) and love teaching, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct live mentoring sessions and code reviews
✅ Assist students with problem-solving and debugging
✅ Guide students in building real-world projects
✅ Provide constructive feedback and career guidance

Requirements:

🔹 Strong hands-on experience in MERN / Java Spring Boot / Mobile App Development
🔹 Solid understanding of logics and problem-solving
🔹 Passion for mentoring and teaching
🔹 Excellent communication skills
