Responsibilities -

Lead complex automotive electronics projects, including Autosar, Non-Autosar, and application software development.

Possess a deep understanding of automotive electronics principles, communication protocols, and embedded systems.

Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in automotive electronics technologies.

Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for automotive electronic systems.

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.

Collaborate with other engineers across disciplines (hardware, software, etc.) to achieve project goals.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of automotive electronics engineers.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Clearly communicate project goals, deadlines, and expectations to the team.

Delegate tasks effectively based on individual strengths and expertise.

Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members grow their technical skills.
