About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This role demands a skilled professional who is adept at interpreting and analyzing complex data sets to develop insights that drive business strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between data and decision-making, communicating findings to both technical and non-technical team members. By working closely with Data Engineers, DevOps, and business teams, you will ensure our data solutions not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Employ advanced statistical techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Develop a deep understanding of data trends and patterns to drive strategic business decisions.

Data Acquisition & Quality Control: Design and implement comprehensive audit and reconciliation processes for data acquisition. Automate and optimize data acquisition processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with management and various departments to understand business priorities and information needs. Ensure seamless collaboration with Data Engineers, DevOps, and business teams to align data solutions with client expectations.

Reporting & Communication: Create standard and ad hoc reports to communicate insights and findings to the company. Excel in translating complex data into actionable intelligence that can be easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Data-driven Culture Promotion: Act as a champion for data-driven decision making within the organization. Encourage and support the use of data insights in strategic planning and operational improvements.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills: At least 4 years of experience in data wrangling and manipulation using Python and SQL. Demonstrated proficiency in analysis, reporting, and presenting complex data in a comprehensible manner. Technical Proficiency: Solid coding skills in Python and SQL. Experience in developing and implementing efficient data acquisition and quality control processes.
