Job Description
- Working on a new requirement(s) and/or fulfilling any previous high priority Reqs.
- Thoroughly go through the job description, skills which majorly client is looking for.
- Posting the requirement in the groups and job portals
- Screen the candidates and have a technical screen along with negotiation on the rate and find a perfect a perfect match for the client needs
- Request for DL, visa ,pp no on the video call and all required details which we need to submit and verify the candidature
- Once he/she has all the required details then will move forward and submit to the Lead.
- If the TL approves the submission, then it will be submitted to the manager and the manager again crosschecks the resume and submit to the client
- If the client is satisfied with the resume, he asks for the interview availability for the candidate, then taking the slots, follow up with the candidate.
- Making sure candidate attends all the scheduled interviews and closely following up with candidate, employer (C2C) and Manager until confirmation and also making sure candidate joins the project post BGC.
