About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Program Manager to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of key marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive marketing program plans, including goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, product, sales, etc.) to execute campaigns effectively.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing initiatives.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify priorities and align program goals.
- Act as a central point of contact for all marketing program-related activities.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in marketing processes and recommend improvements.
- Standardize workflows to streamline marketing operations.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track expenditures and adjust program scope as needed to stay within financial constraints
