Role & responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
4. Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide insights and strategies to improve business opportunities.
5. Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of
client projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align business development strategies with company
objectives.
6. Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress in CRM tools.
Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
