MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and maintain our organizations data systems, reports, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data management, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy to support decision-making. This role requires proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports to support business operations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different reporting systems.
• Work with various teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Automate reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
• Maintain and update the database and CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing presentations and documentation based on data analysis.
• Identify trends and patterns to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.

Requirements and Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, CRM tools, and database management is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle large datasets.
