Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in customer/SaaS application support, with expertise in Visual Studio tools and MS SQL databases.
- Strong hands-on experience with data fixes in MS SQL, debugging .NET applications, and using incident management tools.
- Expertise in implementing support processes and monitoring SLAs, ensuring compliance with Customer Service Requests (CSR).
- Proven experience providing support for large-scale SaaS applications.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with cloud-based Microservices applications, particularly on Azure.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices and automation.
- Expertise in database performance optimization, query tuning, and indexing techniques.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for .NET applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime and meet SLA requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues by analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Use JIRA and HubSpot for tracking support tickets, managing tasks, and ensuring proper documentation of resolutions and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage and prioritize incidents, leveraging a strong understanding of support processes to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor and maintain application health and performance, proactively identifying potential issues using tools like Datadog.
- Manage on-call responsibilities using PagerDuty, handling escalations, and ensuring timely response to high-priority incidents and customer support issues.
- Document and share knowledge on incident resolutions, recurring issues, and best practices to improve team efficiency and reduce resolution times.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates during incident resolution and addressing queries and concerns.
- Contribute to process improvement by participating in post-incident reviews, identifying patterns, and recommending enhancements to support processes.
