As a Product Sourcing Systems Compliance Lead, youll be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.

Whats the Role:
You will be key strategic leader responsible for setting and executing the long-term strategy for global policies, systems, and document infrastructure that support the global product sourcing function.
You will ensure that all systems are not only reliable, efficient, and secure but also aligned with the overall business objectives and future growth. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining system compliance with Bradken and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement, and supporting audit activities.
Key responsibilities are:
Compliance: Develop and implement compliance policies, monitor regulatory changes, and train the Product Sourcing team.
Audit Support: Manage audit schedules, provide documentation, and conduct internal audits.
Systems Strategy and administration: Develop a long-term systems strategy, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure system performance. Administer key systems, optimize configurations, and implement predictive quality tools.
Monitoring Reporting: Monitor system performance, generate reports, and address issues promptly.
Asset Management: Implement an asset management strategy for Product Sourcing.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to align systems with business needs.
Data Analysis: Support statistical analysis for suppliers and maintain analytics dashboards.
Document Control: Oversee document control for compliance and ensure proper archiving.
Training: Provide user training and support, develop manuals and guides.
Key Technical Criteria:
Bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field (i.e. engineering).
Relevant certifications in system administration, IT security, or related areas.
Experience:
Proven experience in system administration, preferably within a global manufacturing or sourcing
environment.
Experience with system integrations and managing enterprise-level software (e.g., Mendix,
Epicor, Jaggaer, MyOSH)
Experience in managing or supporting systems within a framework compliant with ISO 9001
standards, including participation in certification processes and audits.
Experience in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits.
This role is based in Coimbatore.
