Role Overview :
As a Relationship Manager, you will be the key liaison between Brad Realty and its clients. You will foster long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure clients receive outstanding service throughout their property journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide expert advice on real estate properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and legal) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell real estate solutions.
- Conduct site visits with clients to showcase properties and provide in-depth explanations of features, benefits, and suitability for their needs.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance customer experience and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to client retention and new business.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in real estate or related industries.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
