State Head - Distributor Sales Channel (Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Panchkula)


Reports to: National Sales Head


Operational Location: Punjab + Himachal Pradesh + Panchkula


Base Location: Chandigarh


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven State Head to lead our distributor sales channel in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, and leading high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets for the assigned region by developing and executing effective sales strategies. 2. Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring timely payments, adequate stock levels, and effective in-store promotions. 3. Team Management: Lead, mo vate, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure sales targets are met. 4. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive business growth. 5. Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of opera onal efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry. 2. Education: Graduate degree in any discipline, with an MBA or PGDM preferred. 3. Skills: - Excellent sales, marketing, and communication skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies. - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. 4. Personal Attributes: - Results-driven and target-oriented. - Strong work ethic and willingness to travel extensively. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
