Finance Transformation Lead

1. ? ?Develop and execute finance transformation strategies aligned with business objectives/OKRs .

2. ? ?Analyze existing finance processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.

3. ? ?Implement digital finance solutions (e. g. , BI, RPA, AI, SAP) to automate and streamline processes.

4. ? ?Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new financial processes and policies.

5. ? ?Collaborate with operations teams to improve financial performance and reduce costs.

6. ? ?Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

7. ? ?Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies ( e. g. relevant accounting standards & policies ).

8. ? ?Manage relationships with external partners (e. g. , auditors, consultants).

9. ? ?Develop and train finance teams to enhance skills and knowledge. 1. ? ?8+ years of finance experience, preferably in BPO or shared services or GBS environment.

2. Proven track record of finance transformation and process improvement is a must

3. ? ?Professional certification (e. g. , CA, CMA, CPA. CIMA).

4. ? ?Strong knowledge of finance systems (e. g. , SAP, and digital tools like Power BI, etc

5. ? ?Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.


Desirable Skills:

1. ? ?Experience with finance transformation methodologies (e. g. , Lean, Six Sigma).

2. ? ?Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

3. ? ?Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.

4. ? ?Certification in project management (e. g. , PMP).
