IN_RBAI_Maintenance Engineer_ Soldering process

• MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES :

Regular work :

• Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and corrective of SMT machines
• Need to take care of KPIs like Technical Availability , MTTR , MTBF and IDC
• Responsible for spares management and cost optimization .
• Willing to work in all 3 rotational shifts .
• Should maintain 5S, safety at his workplace
• Maintaining the uptime of the machine.
• Should have a thorough knowledge of trouble shooting, Calibration and programming knowledge on Solder paste printing (EKRA ), Reflow ovens ( REHM) & Glue dispensing Machine( CAMLOT).
• Responsible for solder paste printing, reflow Soldering machines , P&P( Panasonic-NPM , ASM), AOI- Mirtec, SPI-Kohyoung and other SMT machines Technical availability.
• Effectively escalate the open points and major breakdowns to Suppliers and close it with in shortest period.
• Spare parts management and follow-up to get the spare parts.
• Find the R. C through 5why analysis as per the defined criteria
• Should have good analytical skills, converting ability to solve problems on machines & lines.
• Should possess deep problem-solving abilities eg:8DShould predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance)

Periodic activities :

• Shall work for safety improvements.
• Should periodically review PM & B/D points, and convert them to CBM, Predictive mode.
• Need to make scientific analysis of failure and make suggestion of monitoring.
• Should work for reducing the Maintenance Cost
• Should possess deep problem-solving abilities eg:8DCreate QAM, Machine FMEA and review.
• Change potential points into CBM. Implementation and sustenance of TPM, MTBF and MTTR
• Co-ordination with Process owner for improvement activities.
