We are seeking a Sales Specialist to assist in expanding our customer base by generating qualified leads for our sales team. The individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research, identify, and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Initial Outreach: Initiate conversations with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce company services.
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and pain points of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
Scheduling Meetings: Book discovery meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on all leads to maintain active engagement and pipeline.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies to drive revenue growth.
What We are Looking For:
Fresh graduates with a Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Interest in learning and growing in a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
