Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to assist in expanding our customer base by generating qualified leads for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in sales with a growing organization. The individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Initial Outreach: Initiate conversations with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce company services.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and pain points of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Book discovery meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on all leads to maintain active engagement and pipeline.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies to drive revenue growth.
What We are Looking For:
  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Interest in learning and growing in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and highly driven individual.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
