We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the transformation of our business operations through automation, process optimization, and AI integration. In this role, you will drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and Marketing, working to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and support our growth goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise in automation tools and a passion for using technology to elevate business processes. This position is critical in advancing our commitment to innovation and operational excellence. The role reports directly to the Head of Global Sales and CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Operations Recruiting, and Marketing.
Lead AI training programs and technology integration initiatives to optimize workflows and automate processes.
Develop sophisticated dashboards using Power BI or other tools to provide data-driven insights across departments. This entails working with our Operations team who have expertise in Power BI.
Proactively identify challenges, communicate effectively, and drive projects to timely completion.
Collaborate with the Recruiting team to support Sales hiring goals.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of project management or related experience experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex, cross-functional projects.
Advanced technical skills and experience with AI technologies.
Strong communication, leadership, problem solving, and influencing skills.
A results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, proactive environment
Technical Skills Proficiency:
Proficiency in Project Management and workflow management software tools
Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation using more common project workflow management tools.
