- Brainstorm new ideas for campaigns from ideation, scripting to post-production,
- Collaboration with influencers - Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound design.
- Experience creating video content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Passion for creating visually stunning and engaging video content.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our courses to customers and address any objections they may have
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding our courses
- Reach out to potential customer leads through cold calling
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the sale and post-sale follow-up
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
- Strong verbal communication skills in English Hindi language.
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
