Requirement of Nurse

Role & responsibilities

1. Patient Care:
   
• Assess and record patients' symptoms, medical history, and vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in medical examinations and diagnostic tests.
2. Medication Administration & Treatment:
   
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by a physician.
• Monitor patients' reactions to medications and treatments.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other medical procedures.
3. Patient & Family Education:
   
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and caregivers.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
   
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
5. Emergency Response:
   
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures (e.g., CPR).
• Handle critical situations with efficiency and professionalism.
6. Compliance & Safety:
   
• Follow hospital policies, infection control measures, and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records (HIPAA compliance).

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

• Licensing: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), depending on jurisdiction.

• Experience: Prior nursing experience preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.

• Skills:
