BLive - Marketing Automation Manager (3-5 yrs)

- As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts through effective use of CRM and marketing automation tools.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a strong focus on optimizing tools like Zoho CRM to enhance customer engagement and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Automation Management: Configure, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows within Zoho CRM to streamline lead generation and campaign execution.

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and lead nurturing programs to drive engagement and conversions.

- Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Create and maintain detailed customer segments to deliver personalized marketing efforts using Zoho's advanced segmentation tools.

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, customer engagement metrics, and ROI.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with sales and other internal teams to ensure marketing automation efforts align with business goals and create a cohesive customer journey.

- Integration & Optimization: Integrate and manage multi-channel communication tools such as emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and Exotel within the CRM to enable seamless customer interactions.

- Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities, ensuring best practices in marketing automation are followed.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, specifically with Zoho CRM.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting up and managing marketing workflows, integrations, and multi-channel communications.

- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.

- Organizational Skills: Excellent project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple - campaigns and meet deadlines
