Role & responsibilities

• Track and map in-store activities i.e. sell through, stock turn
• Timely launch with market trends and customer buying behavior.
• SFA movement and timely closure monitoring (OTIF)
• Work closely with supply chain to deliver goods on time and within cost, as per plan
• Devising long term development strategies for product categories
• Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
• Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
• Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories
• Make forecasts for product demand to ensure sustainability of inventory
• Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category

Preferred candidate profile

• Working experience in Premium domestic brand is essential.
• Proven experience as category manager or similar role.
• Working knowledge of MS EXCEL/POWERPOINT is must.
• Good analytical skills with strategic ability.
• Good negotiation skills
• Eye on Profitability & Inventory Management
• Excellent communication and people skills
