Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

2. Design, build, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions.

3. Perform testing on various software, telecom and reporting systems.

4. Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.

5. Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.

6. Execute all levels of testing including but not limited to: System, Integration, and Performance Testing for both Black Box and White Box testing.

7. Identify, isolate, report, and track product defects to closure.

8. Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.

9. Establish and enforce QA best practices, methodologies, and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

10. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior testers to enhance their skills and efficiency.

11. Coordinate and maintain test environments, ensuring they replicate production conditions.

12. Track and report key QA metrics such as defect densities, test coverage, and execution progress.

13. Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards Verify that software meets regulatory and security requirements as per industry standards.

14. Define Test Plan for Sprints and participate in sprint planning.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

2. 5-7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

3. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

4. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

5. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.

6. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

7. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
