Profile 1 : Placement Officer/ Manager (Law)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement placement strategies to secure job opportunities for BBA LLB students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, compliance teams, and other potential recruiters.
• Coordinate campus recruitment activities, job fairs, and placement drives.
• Identify and approach new recruiters for internship and job opportunities.
• Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and career planning.
• Conduct pre-placement training sessions on legal career prospects, soft skills, and professional etiquette.
• Manage internship programs by collaborating with legal firms and corporate organizations.
• Keep track of placement records, company interactions, and job openings.
• Liaise with alumni and industry experts to facilitate networking opportunities.
• Ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters during the hiring process.
• Stay updated on legal job market trends to enhance placement opportunities.

Profile 2 : Placement Officer/ Manager (Commerce)

Location : Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute placement strategies to secure job and internship opportunities for Commerce students (B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies in banking, finance, auditing, taxation, accounting, and corporate sectors.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry networking events.
• Identify and approach new recruiters for internship and job opportunities.
• Conduct pre-placement training sessions on resume building, interview skills, aptitude tests, and industry-specific skills.
• Coordinate placement-related activities, including employer interactions and student counseling.
• Maintain a placement database, track student progress, and report placement outcomes.
• Collaborate with alumni and industry professionals to enhance placement opportunities.
• Ensure smooth coordination between students and recruiters throughout the hiring process.
