Job Responsibilities for HR Executive - Recruitment Specialist

1. Recruitment

• Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening

• Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and job applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates.

3.Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview questions and assist in the interview process by evaluating candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

4. Candidate Management

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

5.Collaboration with Hiring Managers

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
• Advise on job descriptions, interview techniques, and selection criteria.

6. Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing

• Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.

7.Onboarding and Induction

• Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

8.Data Management and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
