Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in engineering (Mechanical). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Experience with project management software tools/ ERPs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
Monitoring Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Ensure that plant construction operations are coordinated and completed withina set deadline and planned budget. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within given scope & budget. Efficiently manage the relationship with the vendors, client and otherstakeholders. Interact with clients/ vendors to clarify specific requirements of the project.
Managing Project Teams
Lead a team of sr & jr engineers for execution of bio energy project within giventime, budget and quality. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless executionof given project. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Manage changes to the project schedule and project costs using appropriateverification techniques. Measure performance using appropriate project management tools andtechniques. Delegate tasks based on subordinate staff s individualstrengths, skill sets, andexperience levels. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion ofshort and long-term goals. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Reporting & Controlling
. Report and escalate issues to Project Manager as needed. Develop spread sheets, diagrams, process maps as per requirement. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Reporting to Project Manager on day-to-day progress, prepare daily progressreports.
