We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pre-Sales Manager to join our Central Sales and International Incubation team.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in IoT, AI, and analytics to provide tailored solutions that address client needs.
As a key player in the technical sales process, you will collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and technical documentation, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Technical Presentations:
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to showcase the benefits and value of our solutions.
- Simplify complex technical concepts and effectively articulate their business value.
- Engage with clients to understand challenges, goals, and requirements to design customized solutions.
Proposal & Documentation Development:
- Create high-quality proposals, technical documentation, RFP responses, and solution blueprints tailored to client-specific needs.
- Develop visually compelling presentations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the technical accuracy of documentation.
- Maintain a library of technical resources, presentations, and product materials for use across the sales process.
Solution Customization & PoC Management:
- Design and configure proof-of-concept (PoC) environments to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
- Customize PoCs for specific client use cases and guide them through the evaluation process.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on client requirements and market trends to enhance offerings.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, MBA, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution design.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud & Big Data, Application Product Engineering, and Smart Technologies.
- Familiarity with solutions for Fleet Management, Logistics and Safety Management (IoT), Data Life Cycle Solutions, AI/ML Automation, Insurtech, and Taxtech.
Industry Exposure:
- Experience in industries such as Transport & Logistics, Oil & Gas, Industrial & Manufacturing, Mining & Metals, Real Estate & Construction, Insurance, Travel and Hospitality, Education, Public Sector, and Large Enterprises.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in developing technical and business-oriented presentations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Preparedness to travel for client meetings and presentations
