Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that generates revenue and that products are displayed in a way that maximizes sales and attracts customer interest. The Merchandiser will collaborate with store management, buyers, and marketing teams to maintain an attractive product presentation and stock inventory in line with company standards and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Display Presentation: Ensure products are attractively displayed on shelves and promotional spaces to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are always available and sufficiently stocked.
Sales Analysis: Track sales data and customer feedback to adjust merchandising strategies as needed to optimize sales and generate sales.
Planograms: Follow company-provided planograms and adjust layouts as necessary based on store-specific needs and seasonal trends.
Promotions Seasonal Displays: Create and manage promotional displays for sales, new products, and seasonal events, coordinating with marketing teams for effective execution.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and trends to assist customers and recommend related products.
Vendor Relationships: Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product deliveries, negotiate shelf space, and handle merchandising-related inquiries.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store s visual appearance is clean, organized, and reflective of the brand image.
Customer Experience: Engage with customers, helping them find products, offering suggestions, and improving their overall shopping experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management tools).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in marketing or a related field.
Prior experience in fashion, garments, or a related industry.
Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
May require early mornings, late evenings, or weekend work based on merchandising deadlines and store needs.
