Job Description:
Affiliate Marketing & Monitoring:
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze campaign performance, and recommend strategies to enhance revenue streams.
- Expertise in handling various buying models such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPV, CPS, CPI, CPR, etc.
- Skilled in using tools like DV360, Tune, Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Affise, Offer18, and Kochava for traffic and optimization.
Campaign Management Across Channels:
- Manage and optimize branding and performance campaigns across platforms like One Native, Taboola, OTT, News, PayTM, and other first-party apps/websites.
- Experience in handling verticals including BFSI, Education, Gaming, and Travel.
- Utilize 1st-party affiliates, ad networks, email marketing, SMS, and third-party DSPs for campaign execution.
Media Planning & Buying:
- Develop effective media plans tailored to client budgets and advertising goals, balancing branding and performance objectives.
- Oversee the media buying process, including booking inventory and negotiating with partners, advertisers, and publishers to improve profit margins.
Performance Analytics:
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), GDN, DV360, Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, and Adjust.
- Measure KPIs and assess ROI, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Create detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting:
- Implement, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
- Analyze trends, adjust bids, budgets, pacing, and targeting to achieve optimal client results.
Publisher Management & Billing:
- Address billing and invoicing queries from publishers.
- Provide consistent, high-quality service to clients across verticals such as BFSI, Education, Automobile, Gaming, E-Commerce, Travel, and FMCG.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, or related tools are a plus.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
