Proposal Development: Lead the creation, editing, and finalization of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other business proposals for the APAC region.
Content Customization: Tailor proposals to client-specific requirements, ensuring compliance with all guidelines, specifications, and deadlines.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the sales, technical, and leadership teams to gather information, understand the scope of the project, and develop content that addresses client pain points.
Research: Conduct thorough research on client industries, competitors, and potential cybersecurity needs to ensure the proposal is both relevant and impactful.
Maintain Proposal Database: Manage and update proposal templates, case studies, and content libraries to streamline future proposal creation.
Quality Control: Ensure all proposals are consistent with TAC Security's brand, tone, and value proposition, and meet high-quality standards.
Proposal Submission: Oversee the proposal submission process, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, with a focus on IT services or cybersecurity.
Experience in writing proposals for the APAC region is a plus.
Proven track record in winning business through compelling proposals.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of proposal development processes.
Ability to distill complex technical and cybersecurity information into clear and concise language.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software (e.g., ProposalTech, RFPIO, etc.).
