As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Bharuwa Solutions needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward.

We expect engineers to be proficient in algorithms, problem solving, and crafting scalable fault-tolerant architectures. This includes being a specialist at your programming language of choice. Effective communication is an attribute in any engineer as you and your team move in the fastpaced development environment.

What you'll do :

- Solve problems which impact millions of people in India through technology

- Jam with Product, Design and Research teams to understand product ideas and business needs and help deliver these as series of fast experiments.

- Come up with the right architecture and design for ideas and experiments to quickly scale.

- Ability to build the balance between velocity (scrappiness) and engineering hygiene to provide sufficient signals on product and feature effectiveness. To be innovative in using tools and techniques available at Bharuwa Solutions

- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

- Build the libraries and frameworks that support large, complex applications.

- Contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems.

- Design and implement scalable and robust applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and products.

- Think about never-before-solved engineering problems and come up with possible solutions.

- Experience in API design, performance optimization, client architecture or tools

- Design, shape and implement authentication, authorization, auditing, reporting, and API infrastructure

solutions.

What you'll need:

- 4-7 years of relevant work experience

- Very good understanding of service architecture

- Proficient in Java, Spring boot, mongo dB

- Back End/Application development experience

- Code primarily in Java, node.js and an enthusiasm to learn others.

- A strong sense of customer empathy and desire to influence the product direction

- Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design optimized for large-scale systems

- Strong background in building products that can scale.

- Experience building, operating and maintaining low-latency, highly reliable services.

- Deep, industry leading expertise in one or more technology domains and are the "go-to" person for one or more areas of their business. Actively seek out the toughest technology and engineering problems and solve them with little to no guidance.

- Architecture: Knowledge of data and a keen eye for building architectures that scale and extend easily for longevity. You can discuss the trade-off between architectural choices, both on a theoretical level and on an applied level and also influence groups to move in the right direction. structures

- Scalable Distributed Systems experience: You've built systems that have scaled to millions of users and requests. You love identifying where the next system bottleneck will be, and address that proactively.

- Strong Code and documentation - your code should be used as the example for your company and you have the ability to build and design technical solutions from the ground up.

- Champion best software engineering practices such as continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
