- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that all construction activities are performed safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets required standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and construction staff.
