Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

 Responsible for project planning, execution, progress, and cost control, ensuring

successful closure

 Manage design drawings and SOPs, coordinate equipment/fixtures, and handle

technical acceptance and cross-department/customer communication.

 Plan and document project meetings, track progress, and ensure effective execution.

 Develop automation projects to improve efficiency, enhance yield, shorten lead

times, and achieve targets.

 Track customer needs, provide technical support, and handle after-sales services

and complaints.

 Establish and optimize processes, execute, and follow up on tasks assigned by

supervisors.

Roles

 Plan, execute, and control the progress of new product development

projects, including cost management and closure procedures.

 Manage RD design drawings and SOP documents, including issuance

numbering and archiving.

 Oversee the planning and management of equipment/fixtures, coordinate

across departments, and communicate with clients.

 Lead the development, functionality, specifications, quality assurance, and

arbitration of equipment/fixtures.

 Coordinate the transfer of equipment/fixtures to other facilities.

 Plan, organize, document, and follow up on progress during the

development phase meetings.

 Develop annual automation projects to achieve organizational goals,

including mass production, output growth, yield improvement, and lead

time reduction.

 Establish and optimize operational workflows.

 Respond to customer technical application issues, provide feedback to

relevant departments, and offer product technical consultations.

 Track customer requirements or issues raised.

 Perform routine after-sales services, such as customer visits, product

status reviews, and complaint handling.

 Execute and track project tasks assigned by supervisors.
