LabVIEW-Focused Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team, planning and executing equipment maintenance strategies.
• Develop maintenance schedules, monitor equipment health, and optimize production efficiency.
• Take charge of troubleshooting and improvement plans to prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Lead the development and maintenance of critical LabVIEW programs for equipment control, diagnostics, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to complete technical upgrades and equipment enhancement projects.
• Train and evaluate team members to improve overall technical skills.
• Report equipment operation and maintenance status to management regularly.

• Skills:
• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and electromechanical integration technologies.
• Expertise in LabVIEW, with experience in developing or maintaining large-scale applications (e.g., test systems, data logging systems).
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and skilled in writing modular and optimized VIs.
• Project management skills to coordinate both software and hardware teams.
