Job Title: Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, gathering data, and preparing reports to support construction, engineering, and other projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site surveys to gather data on topography, boundaries, and other physical features.

2. Use specialized equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and levels, to collect and record data.

3. Analyze data and prepare reports, maps, and other documents to support project development.

4. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure survey data meets project requirements.

5. Verify survey data for accuracy and completeness.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of survey data and reports.

7. Stay current with new technologies and methodologies in surveying.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.

2. Professional Surveyor (PS) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in surveying, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.

4. Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and technologies.

5. Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, and surveying software, such as Trimble.

6. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.

2. Experience with GIS and mapping software.

3. Certification in specialized surveying areas, such as boundary surveying or construction surveying.Role & responsibilities
