Assist in planning and coordinating wedding events. Support sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups. Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and client presentations. Maintain client communication and ensure excellent customer service. Assist in marketing event promotions via social media and other platforms. Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics. Provide on-site support during events, including setup and troubleshooting. Track sales progress and update CRM systems. Assist with event documentation, contracts, and budgeting.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Interest in the wedding or events industry is a plus.
