Neonatal Device Sales Associate BEMPU - Newborn Medical Device Innovations

About the Position We seek a driven individual to work with our sales teams and help us grow our reach to babies around India and the world. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with doctors, medical distributors, and government officials as well as doing significant follow-up and lead closure, often taking over leads from other senior leadership team members.
What Youll Do:
Grow Our Distribution Network: Identify and qualify medical device distributors in India and internationally. Introduce them to our innovative offerings.
Connect with Pediatricians: Using our extensive CRM and regular inbound leads, contact and engage doctors wit
Engage Government: Use your network and resourcefulness to find opportunities to supply various state National Health Mission programs, ESI, Army, Railroad and more across India.
Convert Sales, Reach Babies: Engage and follow up regularly with leads over email and Whatsapp providing them information about our products, them through trials, and more. Use and build our CRM system to track progress towards sales goals. Follow up for payments where required.
Spread The Word: Developing marketing material including Whatsapp flyers, brochures, videos and more.
Showcase Our Innovations: Visit and demo our products to doctors and distributors where required and at conferences.
Who You Are:
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present, write clear WhatsApp and email messages, and speak clearly and confidently in English.
A people person: You thrive in building relationships and enjoy giving a customer a call to discuss their needs and requirements.
Positive and results-oriented: You bring a can-do attitude and a drive to make a real impact in newborn healthcare.
Position Details:
Employment Type: 6 month consulting position with the potential to extend or continue full-time.
Location: Office in Bangalore, India. Regular travel will be required. However, u nlike other medical rep positions with mostly field time, you would be working on phone and whatsapp with doctors and distributors from our office.
