Job Title : Frontend Developer.

Experience : 1+ Year.

Location : Delhi (WFO).

Education : Any Bachelor's/Master's Degree.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage frontend development across all digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.

- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all products.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to gather requirements and understand user needs.

- Develop and maintain UI component libraries.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.

- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistent implementation of designs across all platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Javscript, ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS.

- Proficient with design tools like Adobe Figma, Photoshop, etc.

- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap.

- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

Additional Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team.

- Experience in driving UI/UX strategy and establishing design guidelines and standards.

- Proficient with GIT flow.

- Knowledge of API integration.
