ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Responsible for managing and maintaining positive employee relations within Businesses and play a crucial role in promoting a harmonious work environment by addressing employee concerns, handling labor disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- As Chief of IR, the potential candidate will work closely with HR teams and senior management to develop effective employee engagement strategies and foster a productive and motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate IR strategies aligned with organisational goals for our Businesses.
- Conduct IR needs analysis and support in meeting the requirements.
- Implement sound IR practices and improve employee performance and satisfaction.
- Integration and standardization of IR systems and processes.
- Supporting businesses and top management on IR matters.
- Identify core competencies & skills critical to business and frame policies for key talent identification, development, and retention.
- Ensuring adherence to matters of IR compliance.
- Communications, policies and practices for a positive environment.
- Create an understanding of culture and values to help the decisions and actions of all employees.
- Management information system-period reporting.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deployment Ratio per month
- Employee Retention Rate (Blue Collar)
- Employee Relations - Incidents Closure within TAT
- Adherance to Statutory Compliance
- Capability building on IR for business and IR teams
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience of successful IR leadership and demonstrated success in implementing IR Strategies
Education: MBA / Masters in Human Resources / Law or any related field
