Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all business units, aligning with company objectives across fertilizer, agribusiness, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets, including Africa.
- Communication Strategy: Lead corporate communications efforts, including internal and external communications, public relations, and crisis communication strategies.
- Market Expansion: Drive market penetration in African and international markets, leveraging deep market insights and industry knowledge.
- Digital Marketing: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online channels to enhance the company's global presence.
- Product Launches: Lead successful marketing campaigns for product launches across all business segments, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media, agencies, and key business partners.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team across geographies.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of marketing strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
