Requirements:

1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale MongoDB deployments.

2. MongoDB Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, including data modeling, schema design, performance optimization, and scalability.

3. Architecture: Experience with designing and implementing scalable, high-performance architectures, including MongoDB clusters and replication.

4. Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, or Node.js.

5. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

6. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
