The Billing Executive will Prepare and issue accurate invoices, resolve client billing inquiries, reconcile discrepancies, ensure compliance, and collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to maintain effective billing operation
As a Billing Executive, you will
Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices for customers and clients, in line with service agreements or contracts.
Handle client communication by responding to billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with any invoice-related questions.
Perform regular reconciliation of billing reports, addressing any discrepancies between invoices and payments, and escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure proper organization and storage of billing-related documents, such as invoices and receipts, for auditing and reporting purposes.
Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve any billing-related issues or disputes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws or regulations in all billing activities.
Generate billing and revenue reports for management, focusing on identifying overdue accounts and recommending corrective actions.
About you
Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing and invoicing within the airline, ticketing, and reservation domain
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in computer applications and billing software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
