Key Responsibilities:
Optimize and enhance processes, systems, and data management within HubSpot to support sales teams.
Ensure alignment between departments by managing HubSpot as a central component of the revenue technology stack.
Drive operational efficiency across the organizations revenue streams by leveraging Hubspots capabilities.
Facilitate informed decision-making by ensuring the availability of accurate data and optimizing workflows within HubSpot to promote growth.
Oversee the management and integration of HubSpot CRM to track prospects, automate tasks, and manage customer interactions.
Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards to provide real-time insights into pipeline health, sales forecasting, and revenue growth.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of HubSpot for global users, maintaining data integrity and cleanliness.
Identify and remove inefficiencies or bottlenecks in HubSpot workflows to enable teams to operate effectively.
Document HubSpot processes end-to-end and provides ongoing recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient use of HubSpot and integration of data across platforms.
Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure collaboration and goal alignment, utilizing HubSpot as a tool for process and strategy alignment.
Ensure smooth handoffs between departments, providing operational support for HubSpot where needed.
Assist in creating and maintaining sales enablement materials within HubSpot, including playbooks, onboarding processes, and training resources.
Provide ongoing support and training to sales and on HubSpot tools, processes, and reporting systems.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of professional experience in CRM administration, preferably within HubSpot.
Skilled in using HubSpot, and Gong.
Exhibit strong project management skills.
Comprehensive understanding of the customer lifecycle and strategies for revenue optimization.
Demonstrate strong analytical abilities with expertise in data management, reporting, and creating dashboards.
Familiar with RevOps principles and capable of implementing them effectively.
Prior experience working in IT SERVICES for USA and/EU is an advantage.
