HR Process Automation Specialist - Darwinbox-Immediate Joining

HR Process Automation Specialist having worked on Darwinbox.

We are now looking for a HR Generalist having experience in automation of HR processes on HCM Suit Darwinbox. Primarily, required to optimize and streamline HR processes in order to establish Automation in HR.

A structured, independent, and efficient person, who will further take ownership and drive the work with process automation in HR. Having excellent work experience in Darwin box automation and work exposure.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Process Automation in HR on Darwinbox and ensure that methodologies and standards are established and further developed in line with guidelines.
• With an excellent understanding of HR processes & experience in an educational set up.
• Prepare an overall roadmap for process automation in HR and scale the work with relevant stakeholders.
• Take improvement initiatives to identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze and communicate the effects of automation efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in HR Management or related field.
• Excellent HR Process knowledge & functional skills.
• Proven experience in HRIS or HR Operations.
• Proven experience in HR Automation.
