Assistant Manager- Collections

Role & responsibilities

• Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
• Negotiating with customers in cases when non payment occurs.
• Setting collection target and goals 

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience more than 2 Years
• Bachelor of degree any streams, Preferred in finance
• Experience should be there in collection field- Retail loans.
• Good Knowledge in MS Excel.
• Good verbal and communication skill 
• Knowledge in Power point presentation
• South language required - KANNADA,TELUGU, TAMIL, HINDHI AND ENGLISH.
• Strong time and people management skill.
