Job Description
Positions: Multiple
PQE: N.A (Trainee - Cross-Border Disputes Lawyer)
As a Trainee - Cross-Border Disputes Lawyer at Singularity Legal, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and play a crucial role in assisting our team with complex international disputes. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting senior lawyers in providing legal counsel on cross-border disputes, including commercial, financial, and regulatory matters.
Conducting research and analysis of international laws and regulations relevant to ongoing cases.
Supporting international legal teams and clients in developing effective strategies to resolve cross-border disputes.
Drafting and preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
Participating in arbitration proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
Assisting in court appearances and litigation matters related to international disputes.
Staying updated on developments in international law, treaties, and regulations affecting cross-border disputes.
Collaborating with the team to assess risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal consequences.
Building strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored legal support to meet their specific needs.
Positions: 1 (One)
PQE: 2 Years (Cross-Border Disputes Lawyer)
Requirements: Foreign LLM or UK/US Law Qualified (preferable)
Providing expert legal counsel to clients on cross-border disputes, encompassing a wide range of commercial, financial, and regulatory matters.
Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis of international laws and regulations relevant to the cases at hand.
Collaborating with international legal teams and clients to develop effective strategies for resolving cross-border disputes.
Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements pertaining to cross-border disputes.
Representing clients in arbitration proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
Appearing in court and handling litigation matters related to international disputes when required.
Staying abreast of developments in international law, treaties, and regulations affecting cross-border disputes to offer up-to-date advice to clients.
Assessing risks and potential legal consequences associated with cross-border disputes and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal services to meet their specific needs and objectives.
