- Ability and willingness to undertake substantial research assignments, and produce high-quality content such as articles and blogs on various topics under corporate laws, employment laws, Web3, data protection, family and succession laws, anti-money laundering laws, etc.
- Staying updated on the laws and legal developments of various jurisdictions, including the United States (US), United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom (UK), Singapore, India, and other relevant jurisdictions as required.
- Assisting in drafting legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda, based on research findings and under the guidance of senior team members.
- Compiling and maintaining comprehensive legal research databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily accessible to the team.
- Prior exposure to global law, particularly in the United States (US), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Singapore, is advantageous.
