Production & Maintenance Executive

The Manager will oversee equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and manage the maintenance and repair operations on a day-to-day basis.

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is also acceptable.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production and maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the screw and barrel or plastic machinery industry.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment used in screw and barrel manufacturing.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical issues.

• Familiarity with the operation of extrusion machines, CNC machines, and other manufacturing equipment.

• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.

• Understanding of quality control standards and production monitoring.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production needs.

• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues in the production and maintenance areas.

• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
